Last updated: [July 21, 2026]

Welcome to Pilatique Pilates. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of my studio, classes, memberships, class packs, and virtual website located at www.pilatiquepilates.com. By purchasing a membership or class pack, booking a class, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or class pack, or to book a class. Participants under 18 may attend with prior written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf.

2. Health and Physical Condition

  • Pilates involves physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating in any class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe.

  • You are responsible for informing your instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, surgeries, or health conditions before class begins.

  • We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new exercise program.

  • All new clients are required to complete a health and waiver form prior to their first class.

3. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in classes at Pilatique, including the risk of physical injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Pilatique, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of your participation in our classes or use of our facility, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Memberships and Class Packs

Pilatique offers both recurring memberships and single-purchase class packs.

  • Memberships renew automatically on a recurring monthly basis with a 3-month comittment at the then-current rate, and will continue to be charged to your payment method on file until you cancel in accordance with Section 5.

  • Class packs are a one-time purchase for a set number of classes and do not renew automatically.

  • Class packs expire as noted on the one you purchase from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated at time of purchase. Unused classes are forfeited upon expiration.

  • All memberships and class packs are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

  • Prices are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes to active members before they take effect.

5. Cancellation, Freezing, and Refunds

  • Membership cancellation: You may cancel your recurring membership after 3 cycles. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds will be issued.

  • Class packs: Class packs are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.

  • All sales are final except where required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Booking, Late Cancellations, and No-Shows

  • Classes must be booked in advance through our booking system, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class start time will result in forfeiture of the class credit.

  • Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling 6 hours prior, will also result in forfeiture of the class credit.

  • We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, affected clients will be offered a credit or the opportunity to rebook at no additional cost.

7. Studio Etiquette and Conduct

  • Please arrive on time; late arrivals may be denied entry to protect the experience of other clients and may still be charged as a late cancellation or no-show at our discretion.

  • Appropriate athletic attire and grip socks must be worn.

  • Disrespectful, abusive, or unsafe behavior toward instructors, staff, or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
