Pilates is for every body and every level of experience. Whether you’re beginning your movement journey, looking to improve strength and mobility, or seeking to enhance your performance in another discipline, Pilates can be tailored to support your goals.
Dancers, golfers, athletes, and active individuals often use Pilates to improve core strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, posture, and body awareness. It is a powerful complement to your existing training by helping you move more efficiently, prevent injury, and develop greater control and precision.
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “in shape” to begin. Each private session is thoughtfully designed around your body and goals, allowing you to build confidence, refine your technique, and progress at your own pace.

A private Pilates session is a fully personalized experience designed around your body, goals, and movement needs. Each session begins with a thoughtful approach to understanding your alignment, strength, and areas of focus, allowing us to create a practice that evolves with you.
During your session, you will have access to the full Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. Your instructor will guide you through intentional movement, providing hands-on adjustments, detailed instruction, and modifications to ensure proper form, confidence, and progression.
Whether you are new to Pilates, returning after time away, or looking to deepen your practice, each session is tailored specifically to support your individual journey.

If Pilates is something you want to make part of your routine, a membership offers the greatest value and consistency.
If you travel often or prefer more flexibility, a class pack may be the better choice. Together, we'll determine the option that best supports your schedule, goals, and movement practice.

Consistency is the key to seeing and feeling lasting results. For most clients, 2–3 sessions per week provides the greatest progress in strength, mobility, posture, and overall body awareness. If you're just getting started, even one session per week can build a strong foundation.
Together, we'll create a schedule that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and experience level.
